Bees Wax is made by bees from the pollen of a wide variety of flowers, bees wax has been used in art and industry for thousands of years. Chemical analysis of ancient cave paintings has shown that our distant ancestors used bees wax to produce the world’s first art and written history. Today, sculptors still use bees wax in the lost wax process– as do dental lab technicians and jewelers. The wax’s ability to burn long and clearly has for centuries made bees wax the favorite of candle makers.
Today the cosmetics industry is the largest user of beeswax, where it is used in the manufacture of lotions, lipsticks, suntan lotions, sun screens, and cold creams.

We manufacture seedlac which is formed from sticklac . Sticklac is first crushed and sieved to remove sand and dust. It is then washed in large vats again and again and at the same time rubbing the lac against the sides of the Vat to break open the insect bodies and dissolving the colouring matter in water. The lac thus cleaned is spread on large, clean, open air floor to dry. After drying, it is winnowed and sieved to get the commercial variety of Seedlac. Seedlac is mostly used for conversion into Bleached Shellac and different types of Shellac.
We have different type of Seedlac:
- Kusum Seedlak
- Bysakhi Seedlac
- Aluratic Acid
